Ok, you’ve taken your measurements, you’ve knit not one, but two different swatches, blocked them, waited patiently for them to dry, then figured your gauge. Your reward is that you finally get to start knitting your sweater. Wait, you’re asking–don’t I need to figure it all out before I start? No–this can be used as a sort of design-as-you-go knitting project. A big chunk of the sweater is the body (almost half), and it’s basically a tube (we’ll get into waist shaping on your next sweater.
